Tempe alteration

With this modest renovation we simply rearranged spaces, moving service areas away from the back of the house and creating a light filled living space that now spills out into the lush garden.

Internal walls were removed and the laundry and bathroom was moved. A new kitchen now has a better connection to the outside existing covered patio.  New work included a double glazed window & door, skylight, new terrazzo tiled floors, timber clad ceiling and external cladding. This is now an all electric home with induction cooktop, Reverse cycle air conditioning for heating, heat pump hot water system and solar panels.
